Function explaination:

1. there are three die-stations in the machine, which can punch holes with three different diameters by using three different punches, when the machine is equipped with two punches and one char-box, it can mark chars and punch simultaneously. it is very convenient to exchange the punches and it is very clear for marking chars. the whole process is realized automatically, once the machining dimensions of a workpiece are put into the computer by an operator, which ca be called up repeatedly.

2. the workpiece is clamped by the two strong and hydraulic clamps which can be moved and be moved and fixed rapidly. the clamps can float with the workpiece's fluctuation. the distance between the two clamps can be adjusted discretionarily, dependding upon the length of clamping side to the workpiece. the workpiece can be moved on the universal supporting balls with less resistance force.

3. maximum puching force of main cylinder is 100 tons. the double-structure frame is of high rigidity. the CNC table which is used to move the workpiece can be fixed on the foundation directly. workpiece with maximum weight of 226kg can be processed by the machine. the two CNC axes are driven by AC servo motors via ballscrews, which can move on the rolling guides, the main components in control system are of imported ones with high quality.

4. speed and feeding of the drilling apindle can be stepless adjusted. when the drill touches the workpiece, it can automatically change its speed into working one. after the hole is drilled through, the drill returns automatically.
