Introduction for this model:

angle tower line is the special equipment for angle tower production.

1. the production line for angles has many devices including transverse conveyors, turning load device, infeed conveyor, CNC carrier, two sets of CNC drilling units, a set of marking unit, unload device as well as hyfraulic, electrical and cooling systems.

2. both sides in the drilling unit equip with drilling head which can be fixed with three different drills simultaneously. drilling head can realize CNC movement for changle of drilling stadia.

3. rotation speeds of all spindles are stepless adjustment realized by frequency converter, feeding speeds are also stepless adjustment realized by flow control valves. repid feed, working feed and rapid back of drilling spindles can be automatically converted.

4. there is a marking unit in the drilling line.marking stadia can be preset conveniently.

5. hyfraulic system serves for marking, pressing of workiece, drilling feed. all main components are of inported from abroad. cooling system with automatic circling is adopted to prolong the life of drills.

6. control system includes many units, such as host computer, CNC system, AC servo motor, PLC, monitoring switch for outside etc. machining program can be generated automatically in computer as long as operator inputs the dimensions of workpiece, which can be conveniently stored, called up, displayed and communicated according to the different workpieces.
